The eye-opening powers of healing and spiritual practices like meditation are undeniable. The proof is everywhere. Meditation can change your life and your perception of reality. You can literally harness power from within and destroy self-limiting beliefs that hold you back from living fully. You can craft your character with inner strength and courage through meditation.
You have the ability to bend reality. You are a creator, you can manifest the reality you want to live with an abundance mindset.
Feeling blocked does not mean anything is in your way. That’s just an old way of interpreting the mysterious complexities of life while confusing self-criticism and blame for new forms of insight. Quite literally, feeling blocked means you are in such a state of expectation that you are innocently blocked from seeing the circumstances of this very moment as evidence of what’s already on its way. The reason you may live in drastic states of anticipation is because you are an intuitive being who is so excited about what the future holds, you can’t help but do everything in your power to rush towards it.
The opposite of feeling blocked is being in the flow.
Quite literally, being in the flow means you are advancing towards the future in a more balanced, heart-centered, and grounded way– so much so, you are able to clearly see each moment as auspicious evidence of what is already flowing in your direction. The notion that you have to fix your blocks and ‘do everything you can’ to stay in the flow is an old paradigm way of unknowingly blocking the awareness of life’s inherent flow. It is simply the case of life planting seeds of possibility, only to refine the process as individual and collective consciousness ripens in maturity.
Most who teach these old models have been mislead themselves– no one is instructing this to intentionally mislead you. The initial messaging was to help you accept your power as a Divine co-creator. Now, the Universe refines its message to retrieve such concepts from the grip of ego so you are able to take in the next level of this cosmic truth. Such a new model of co-creation helps you see the art of manifestation beyond the vibration of fear. The fear-based equation of “if I don’t do this, I can’t have that” or “unless I do this compulsively, there’s no way I can have what I want” are two examples of rather clever ways in which the spiritual ego attempts to sell you on micro-management as an essential spiritual practice. From this space of clarity, you may also see how trying to stay at a certain vibration all the time is simply a recipe for ungrounded manic behavior. Such an erratic frequency may only lead to frustration, disappointment, confusion, apathy, depression, and exhaustion.
Whether you have spent a weekend walking on coals, chanting or ‘high-fiving’ strangers in a hotel ball room, breaking boards with your bare hands, or declaring to the Universe that you are ready for something bigger, these are simply activities you choose to do with your time while awaiting what was always destined to come– but only at the very moment that inspires the greatest expansion of your consciousness, wisdom, and maturity.
This means you can feel blocked for as little or as much as possible and never miss out on the magnificent creations that are seeking you more precisely than you can ever seek them. There is free will, but it has more to do with how you choose to see each moment so you aren’t waiting for external circumstances to free you from an inner prison that is only as confining as the conclusions in your mind. As you spiritually evolve, you no longer hold your breath for what’s to come, nor do you imagine ‘it’ having the power to make you any happier. ‘It’ is simply one of many gifts the Universe is providing in each and every breath.
Once the things labeled as adversities and set-backs are welcomed as gifts equal to the outcomes you anticipate and desire, a life-long spiritual aspirant has successfully transitioned into the path of mastery.
This is a space where there is no such thing as blaming yourself for the amount of time each outcome takes to manifest; rather you accept it simply as a perfect set up to help you notice, acknowledge, and see through the limiting ideas you’ve believed. And yet, not even a limiting belief can stall destiny or make it come slower. It’s merely the inner-workings of a wise and loving Universe that doesn’t wish for anyone to be twisted in knots and confused about reality, while serving the highest desire of Source to know itself as you. Simply put, if you think the conventional notions of manifestation is a high level skill set, you can’t imagine the depth of mastery that awakens once you let go and let the perfection of destiny be your invisible vision board.
If you’re asking, “If it’s all such a perfect set-up, what do in-between the arrival of each gift of creation?”
The answer is simple: notice the suffering of the planet and dare to serve someone in need, and may it begin with you.
You deserve some good news right now! It’s your time to receive! So many changes are happening in your life because you’re entering a new season where everything will start to go your way. It’s time. You had enough lessons. You did the work. You overcame so much. You believed even when it was hard to. You never gave up. You pushed through it all. Now it’s your turn to receive in a major way. If you want to experience something great, then start thinking, feeling, and being great. Look for what’s good and what’s right in your life. There’s so many blessings that surround you but sometimes you might be thinking too much about what didn’t work out or what should have happened. The past is gone
Don’t count yourself out. Some of the things that are going to unfold in your life are still in the seed stay stage getting ready to flourish. All your inner work, efforts, action, visualizations, transformations and dedication to growth is about to pay off. You have the choice to accept greatness into your life. You have the power to change your life and to recreate yourself. Always be optimistic, hopeful, and positive that things are going to work out for you. No matter what’s happening, you can decide right now with a shift of your mindset and a change of attitude that blessings will enter your life. There’s great hope for you. Just believe and let what goes go and what comes come.
Don’t ask for change then try to avoid the process. It’s okay to be uncomfortable when you’re stepping it up. The universe is getting ready to bless you and bring you great opportunities. Don’t resist the process even when it doesn’t make sense. Don’t be afraid to let go, flow, and allow. Take the lessons. Do the actions that are necessary and watch what shows up. Pay attention to the signs. You’re being guided to where you belong. Everything will make sense. You’ll look back and be glad that you set the intention that something great is going to happen for you.

I welcome you today for this energy update, not with more signs of how the Universe is preparing you to Ascend, but to confirm that the Ascension process is in full swing and well underway.
During the 12:12 Stargate which was more pronouncedly open between 12/12/19 through 12/21/19, I began feeling the quickening of Ascension in progress, unlike any other glimpse or preview I had sensed before.
During this actual Ascension, it has a very surreal quality, as if you are walking between worlds. Perhaps it feels like you are already in the afterlife, while story lines of life seem to play out around you. Maybe you are noticing a visceral disinterest with many of the addictive coping mechanisms that were often employed in 3D to numb the pain that you are learning to face, embrace, welcome, and love. Perhaps a mass exodus of friends, family, and partnerships has given way to this multi-dimensional vision quest where, in the absence of relying on others for distraction or the need for constant reassurance or validation, you have been placed in an ‘in-between’ holding pattern where you get to face the sensations, memories, and feelings that cause you to numb your pain or hide your power in the hands of another person’s will.
This holding pattern, which acts as part of the initial big leap in the Ascension already unfolding, gives you an opportunity to transform your relationship with stillness– instead of feeling stuck, disempowered, or afraid of missing out when life stalls to a standstill.
Here you are able to see how cleverly life is helping you transform familial patterns of enmeshment into new realities of empowerment, simply by changing your experience of stillness from the withdrawal of loneliness to the true autonomy and serenity of being one with all.
If this holding pattern energy feels more overwhelming than empowering, do not worry. It signifies a great cellular purge, where much like the pulling of a heavy anchor that allows a ship to set sail along its new and exciting voyage, your cellular body is emptying our reservoirs of outdated memories, limiting beliefs, and energies taken on from others all the way back to time spent in utero. The amount of energetic chord-cutting that has been occurring since the 12:12 Stargate opening truly illustrates how hard the Universe is working on your behalf to lighten the load as you begin quantum leaping from one level of reality to the next.
Signs that you have completed the chord-cutting process and emptied out the cellular debris of the great purge and are already making your way from 3D timelines into a new 5D reality include the following symptoms:
The requirement of more rest than normal, including disruptive sleep patterns, the inability to sleep deeply, along with exhaustion, fatigue, and confusion as to where you are in your path and where things are headed.
Heightened sensitivity to triggers, whether in yourself or others, with less drive or desire to be around those whose patterns can be felt in your empathic energy field.
Less desire for people, places, or things as a source of greater happiness, which can also include a lack of desire along with fears that you ‘should’ have something to desire. Often the desireless space, although temporary, signifies a shift from identifying with form to being the formless witness experiencing itself in body.
Lowered immune system function, such as adrenal fatigue, heightened food allergies, difficulties with digestion, as well as healing common colds or flus at a remarkably slower rate. This is due to the majority of your life force, or chi, being utilized to move you through Ascension, which leaves less energy for other areas to be balanced. The more willing you are to step into the unknown and trust the Ascension process, the less energy is needed to move you into 5D, so other subtle energy bodies can be offered greater support.
An absolute resignation with the state of the collective, whether stemming from environmental concerns, the threat of political elitism, or even too much time spent interpreting life through the eyes of conspiracy theories. Such insanity being viewed around you, and acted out by those around you, signifies the detox kickback of those who have spent so much time steeped in 3D belief constructs that they are fighting to stay in 3D, as if Ascension were an unfair eviction instead of an existential rescue mission.
A growing awareness of addiction patterning as the source of true human suffering.
A deep longing to return home, find your soul tribe, and be done with what appears to be an outdated and dying human paradigm.
As you come to see how many of these symptoms match your experience, it confirms the Ascension already taking place. It is important to note that life on Earth only appears to be the unfolding of Armageddon because the ego structure of the collective is so unaware of the process of spiritual evolution, it can’t help but fixate on all that is threatened to be lost, instead of seeing more open space being created for new spiritually-grounded realities to emerge. Simply put, the difference between Armageddon timelines and Ascension timelines is your level of awareness. And yet, both Ascension and Armageddon timelines are playing out within the same hypersphere of reality that we collectively call Planet Earth.
This also helps you realize those on Armageddon timelines are experiencing the process of Ascension, but from a perspective of fear, lack, and scarcity, instead of an awareness of what is meant to dissolve so a truth greater than personal gains and losses can be received and anchored into form.
There will not be a time where you must part with loved ones on Armageddon timelines in order for you to Ascend. That is a widely-believed spiritual myth. Instead, there will be those in your life experiencing the same shifts you are, but from a space of fear, codependency, enmeshment, addiction, and self-absorption, who can only be supported by the light you shine when you’re leading by example, instead of trying to constantly change people to your liking.
Please remember, it only looks ‘crazy’ to the unconscious patterning that doesn’t know how to surrender, but is being surrendered by a Universe that can only accept the destiny of Earth’s conscious evolution. To assist you further in this initial leap of Ascension, it is a perfect time in your life’s journey to:
Surround yourself with those who cherish and respect you, instead of filling your life with people just to have bodies around you. Even if you are the only one able to respect your light, you are far better off filling your time with moments in nature, exercise, creative expression, and deeply-integrative spiritual practices than to fuel patterns of enmeshment or codependency as a way of hiding from feeling so alone.
Even if just for a few days at a time, take breaks from chasing news headlines or consuming fear-based “fake news” stories and conspiracy theories. During this time of Ascension, it isn’t a matter of how much you know, but how aligned you are with the highest wisdom you’ve already absorbed. If you sense a fear of being left behind, out of the loop, or a target for unconscious agendas, please know that it is your connection with Source, as the Holy Creator of all things, from one spectrum of consciousness to another that reveals your true sovereign safety, no matter the perceivable threats in view. When in doubt, always remember: a threat is only as daunting and overpowering as your lack of connection to source. Equally so, it is the will of such dark forces to destroy the hiding spots most people live in to establish a connection in consciousness that ushers humanity along into the pre-destined grace and perfection of unity consciousness. Conspiracy theories can be intriguing like a mystery or horror film you can’t help but watch. And yet, no secret or agenda of the shadow can ever prevent or stop consciousness from expanding. This can help you remember your greatest strength, as the light of all, is in your willingness to change for the better and adapt to the contractions and expansions that serve as an energetic launching pad of your highest living potential. If you are always willing to change and aren’t too inconvenienced to adapt, there isn’t a threat or agenda that can reach your light or get anywhere close to you. Because the agenda of darkness is “control so not to be controlled” it wants absolutely nothing to do with someone whose light of adaptability shines so brightly.
Love yourself enough to bid farewell to long-standing addictions. Do not use self-love as a permissive way of allowing your ego to run your reality with compulsive choices that only make hungry ghosts more insatiable. Whether your addictive pattern is sugar, alcohol, sex, pornography, regular usage of plant medicine, recreational cannabis, binge watching movies or TV shows, or even too much inner spiritual work done from a fear-based perspective, may this be a time of reclaiming the power of your choice-making to fill your life with activities that empower your light versus entangling your ego through the false promise of instant gratification. It is important to remember, addiction is either: (1) over consumption of an external substance, a person, place, or thing used to numb pain or hide from facing deeper truths, or (2) substances that may not be an over-indulgence but are acted out with regular or reoccurring frequency. At the depths of your soul, you truly know what is and isn’t in your highest alignment to choose. May this auspicious time of quantum leaping be an opportunity to act upon change, instead of merely thinking about the change the Universe is inspiring you to make. No matter how overwhelming it seems, I know you can do this. I so believe in you.
While I will be detailing more about the Ascension as it continues to unfold, today’s energy update is not a call to ascend, but to begin re-prioritizing your reality with greater energetic balance and emotional support in honor of the Ascension well under way.

The Law of Attraction is a collaboration, not a form of control. It is a co-creative dance merging the power of your will with alignments to various timelines of potential that allow the advancement of consciousness, or transformation, to occur. There are many people who have attempted to employ the Law of Attraction, as it has been historically taught, with a mixed bag of results.
The sticking point in the Law of Attraction is nearly identical to the sticking point in the journey of healing.
As someone who has been working in close collaboration with the Universe as a healer for the past 15 years, I have come to see the complexities that exist between someone’s desire to heal and the journey of healing meant to unfold.
Imagine a child has aspirations of becoming a chef. They spent time visualizing their future as a chef with a myriad of awards and restaurants, so much so that they now feel ready to walk into a professional kitchen and create the dishes they’ve dreamed of. Imagine if that child walked into a professional kitchen, having to dodge the traffic of a busy cooking line and, to their frustration, what they imagined would happen when they entered the kitchen has not come to be. It would be easy for this child to conclude that their imagination creates false realities and to give up dreaming entirely. And yet, there’s a voice inside this child that says: “You have made it to the right environment where you are meant to be, but it will take years to help you cultivate the personal maturity, as well as the skills needed, to work in and run a professional kitchen.”
From this moment of insight, the child realizes their desire is what put them on their destined path that will require much training and preparation in order for their dreams to be fulfilled.
This is much the same with implementing the Law of Attraction, or even the endeavor of healing. Your desire for wellness, or helping others– or your desire for any ‘greater’ circumstance, places you on a path where an intricate journey of transformation unfolds. Such a journey involves the Universe helping all of us unravel our core ego structure of unconsciousness, which creates space for the soul to awaken and raise our vibration to a frequency where we can simultaneously exit one timeline while entering another.
Throughout your spiritual journey, the most mature question you can ask yourself is: “How much of me will need to change in order to access the goals in mind?”
Such a question helps you realize that a co-creative partnership with the Universe will be: one part your doing or effort, and another part the Universe ‘undoing the outdated you’ that is ready to fulfill its mission by returning to Source. When focused too much on reaching the endpoint of your goal, instead of embracing the journey of transformation itself, you identify with the very ego structure the Universe is unraveling which creates symptoms such as despair, loneliness, apathy, confusion, boredom, anger, resentment, fear, addictive tendencies, exhaustion and ungroundedness.
Just as a child dreaming of being a chef must go to culinary school to learn and work their way up the rankings in a professional kitchen, each and every spiritual being that yearns to attract greater circumstances or heal themselves (or others) must understand the education process the Universe provides when such a desire to transform arises.
You aren’t going to attract your envisioned reality simply because you desired it.
You will step into a higher dimension of potential because you will have outgrown your old reality by allowing the Universe to help you think, feel, and respond differently to the perceptions in view.
There is a Law of Attraction, but it isn’t a spiritual form of Amazon Prime. Instead, it is a rather clever play on words suggesting: “You are attracted to greater circumstances, not because those circumstances will make you any happier, but because your true happiness is evolving into a higher version of yourself where those new shiny objects are merely symbols for the joy and fulfillment you will feel as a newly-transformed you.”
Will you get what you want? Will it be in this lifetime, or are you merely planting seeds for future incarnations?
Only time will tell. It’s a tricky question for two simultaneous reasons: Your higher self wants to be you at a higher level of consciousness, while your ego yearns to stay at its current level of conditioning but with “better” bells and whistles to be engaged by.
Because the unconsciousness of ego contains the largest amount of emotional density carried in your energy field, the Universe, en route to helping you transform, must do everything in its power to unravel your ego to create space for a higher consciousness to emerge. As your ego is unraveled, if viewing from that vantage point of conditioning, your experience will seem like: the Universe is ignoring me, I am alone, nothing seems to change, everyone is against me or never giving the way I do, life is unfair—or how come other people have the opportunities that I deserve? Such examples highlight the pattern of victimhood being unraveled in your ego, which is always sent from the Universe as a gift to receive and never a punishment of any kind. This is a very deep and meaningful process—and it’s no one’s fault.
Transformation is a vision quest, not a list of demands to fulfill.
All too often the Universe will help you outgrow the need for the things you desire from your conditioning, to make room for the worthiness to have what you purely desire, while equally recognizing it’s not about the things you desired but rather the level of consciousness required to have those things.
I say all this as someone who is quite skilled at activating the Law of Attraction. On many occasions, I am able to manifest things instantly. In other instances it takes hours, days, or months, depending upon the current trajectory of my expanding consciousness. When someone comes to an event, retreat, or participates in programs like Angel Academy and Total Integration, I am working directly with the Akashic Records to determine how much can be transformed when in my presence and what I need to do to activate this healing. I will ask, “Can I move them into a new timeline?” If yes, whatever needs to be done will instantly occur to facilitate such change. Often times I hear, “They need a greater percentage of their ego integrated in preparation for such an advancement.” So I ask, “What percentage of ego can I help release in accordance with their Akashic Record?” Once I receive the answer, the very experience one has is exactly the medicine needed to move them forward in evolution.
When a person (or group) is ready for such a transformation, there are limitless tools and capacity a truly aligned healer can implement.
The Universe will help me search for access points into parallel dimensions where healing has already occurred. The Universe will grant me the power to shape shift subtle energy bodies into radical states of wellness. The Universe will grant me the permission and capacity to rewire the subconscious and clear out cellular debris to inspire the remission of illness, the discovery of emotional freedom, transcendent bliss, and even moments of heavenly revelation. Not because I decided so, but because the Universe let me know what that person (or group) was ready to receive.
On a personal level, I want to radically shift each person’s circumstances in the blink of an eye. And yet, there is a system and protocol that I must follow and it’s the exact same framework being taught to you as your journey advances.
We’re all working with divine timing, not our personal will’s timing—for ourselves, and those we’re wanting to help/support.
Since the primary focus of the Universe is the integration of ego, the ego often lets go in moments of defeat, disappointment, or disillusionment. If you are identifying with ego, you will be experiencing such a crucial moment of defeat to clear out more conditioning, while erroneously believing it’s another sign that you aren’t worthy of the change you envision.
As you align with the healers and wayshowers who also act as loving companions throughout your journey, as well as educators of a new spiritual paradigm, you will come to see life is not about what you have or don’t have — financially, physically, emotionally or even spiritually. It’s a matter of embracing your current circumstances as the most fertile soil through which your awakened consciousness can blossom.
While the ego asks, “How can I make this different?”, the soul inquires, “How is this a perfect set-up to help me mature, grow, and expand?”
Having the power to always make things the way you want them would surely snuff out the greater gift of complexity throughout life’s journey. At a certain point in your evolution, you will realize that everything takes time on this planet because that’s what you incarnated to experience. Each of us came to Earth to manifest at a much slower speed than in Heaven, so we can get up close and personal with the inner workings of the Universe and get to know the journey of our growth at each vibrational level from start to finish.
With greater love for yourself and others, you can slow the pace of your ambitions to explore each facet of your reality from a more mature standpoint.
Just as a child envisioning being a chef might dream of running their first restaurant as a refuge from the slow agonizing pace of learning in culinary school, the wisdom of life reminds the child, “If you think culinary school is challenging, you have no idea what awaits you in a professional kitchen. Only by thriving in school may you succeed in the areas such schooling prepared you for.”
There is a reason you have what you have. There is a reason you don’t have what you don’t. It’s not a punishment or a sign that you are out of alignment. It is merely another stage of cosmic preparation, where the Universe is more interested in helping you embody your spiritual mastery than stalling your evolution with the brand new ‘objects’ only your ego insists will make you more joyful, happy, nourished, and fulfilled.

It’s already meant for you. You have to start accepting this as your truth. Things are getting very clear for you. You are starting to really see that you’re meant for greatness. You might have been getting so many signs and seeing how everything is all connected. Each moment you’re being reminded of who you truly are and what vast potential you already have. It starts off by wanting better for yourself. Then you make the inner changes by setting your intentions. Even doing that is you already knowing what you have access to. Most of our pain comes from fear of change, because we want what’s familiar. We have difficulties in letting go, because we want to force everything to be the same. The beautiful thing about life is that the moment we let go of what weighs heavy on us, we find new inspiration to continue on. We get a second chance. The best way to get out of a negative cycle is to start working on your thoughts, before you work on the outside. Listen the predominate thoughts you have; that will give you insight to what you’ve been attracting. Shift your thoughts to the outcome you want. Be more patient with yourself. Always know and believe that you will be okay. That everything is just fine. You’ve survived before, you’ll survive again.
You are not a solid. You are a vibration. You are an energy field that has connections to absolutely all other energy fields in the universe. You are connected to them through a series of orders of magnitude and, shall we say, reality, that are understandable only from the larger viewpoint.
Many times within the life experience you will not be able to see how a certain situation could possibly be one in which love abides. But this is always the question to turn to, that one offered by the ones of Ra:
“Where is the love in this moment?”
This is a question that is always productive, that one may ask the self in a crux in the present. And by finding where the love lies for you in this moment and placing yourself there, there is how you affect the future. You are choosing what you desire because you desire it. That is understood, but in terms of responding to that which is given you have the skill and you have the chance at each offering to ask the self, “Where is the metaphysical structure of this moment? What speaks to me from a larger point of view that really informs the situation for me?”

“When everything is a gift, it is a means of opening our perspective to the insights that confirm our most remarkable moments of expansion. Since it is common for the ego to use such an insight as a subtle form of manipulation, hoping to “learn its lessons” as quickly as possible, so it can move beyond the pain, torment, frustration, and confusion of discomfort, it’s easy to discount the usefulness of such a statement.
When everything is a gift, it doesn’t become the mantra you suggest to someone in pain. Instead, you allow the presence of their despair, no matter how uncomfortable it may feel to deepen your capacity to love for as long as your heart can withstand it. In the new spiritual paradigm, we are not attempting to give anyone a better way of seeing anything. Instead, we remain grateful for the opportunities to meet in ourselves the feelings others instigate and embrace in others the struggles that carve out our highest rebirth along life’s eternal road of redemption.
When everything is a gift, we are not trying to be anything other than fully available to however life seems to be. We remain open to the fact that everything exists to inspire the gifts of evolutionary benefit, whether noticed immediately or revealed on its own time frame. We accept the fact that moving beyond our feelings is as much of a necessary ingredient in healing, as it is to turn toward and face each sensation, without trying to control how little or how much time we spend engaging with our emotions.
When everything is a gift, we are so open to the journey of evolution, we are willing to face any amount of adversity, and spend as much time feeling shut down, just to cultivate the strength, courage, tenacity, and compassion to open back up more radiant, renewed, purified, and powerful than ever before. We acknowledge life’s bigger cosmic picture without denying the grit and gravity of our feelings that signify how deep of a reconstruction occurs in our energy fields.
Equally so, we are open to facing any amount of fear, guilt, anger, shame, doubt, loneliness, victimhood, or judgment without it becoming a badge of honor used to decorate the righteousness of a martyr.
When everything is a gift, we are not telling people how to experience their reality, in any type of spiritually-dogmatic way. Instead, we are honoring the relationship of opposites that flow throughout the oneness of Truth. If one seems steeped in denial, it could only build up momentum to inspire an ability to face reality with greater authenticity, once such a shift is meant to occur. While sadness foreshadows the arrival of joy, and fear reflects a journey only guiding you into greater courage, it is not a transition that you can assert with the insistence of personal will. Since personal will cannot make pain become more pleasurable, it equally cannot get in the way of the perfection of your expansion.
To ask yourself, “how am I in my own way” is to deny the way you’ve come to be, which will unearth a multitude of gifts at exactly the moment it is meant to occur.
Even if you cannot fathom certain experiences as gifts, it merely confirms crucial stages of healing, where we must burn in the authenticity of our direct experience, simply to make more room for greater perspective to dawn. Nothing occurs because we lack perspective. Each experience offers the gift of transformation to usher you into a depth of awareness that could not help you cultivate the brightness of light without time spent wandering in darkness.
When everything is a gift, we are not using light to diminish darkness, but recognizing light as the capacity through which darkness is able to be recognized. Since darkness can be seen as consciousness unaware of its true illuminated nature, we allow the light of unconditional love to support, honor, and cherish darkness throughout its journey, without needing to rush the process. To alter someone’s experience is much like continually moving the seeds you’ve planted, hoping to find a more ideal spot for growth. Each time a seed is moved, it interrupts the growing process and disturbs the roots that are meant to sprout along their own rhythm of time.
While we don’t wish to interrupt the energetic transformations occurring throughout each moment of emotional healing, it doesn’t mean we don’t have valuable gifts to contribute.
Those who hurt are engaging in a healing process that will allow them to be the love, strength, courage, and compassion for others who heal. Those who have been healed have survived the perfect mixture of change, realization, and discovery to come out the other side more aligned in their highest potential for the benefit of those still finding their way.
When everything is a gift, we are thankful for the sincerity of every person’s living testimony, and grateful for the chance to meet aspects of our own eternal being by daring to embrace the heart of another. If unable to meet others in such a naturally open way, it could only remind us of the necessity of our own emotional needs. When this occurs, our hearts remain first in line to receive the infinite depth of unwavering attention that nourishes our innocence as it dares to transform.
When everything is a gift, there are highs, lows, and everything in between, merely giving us the chance to respond to life with more faith, respect, humility, kindness, and care under the threat of any circumstance. That is, if we are able to face the inevitabilities of our journey without steeping in jadedness as a false shield of protection.
When everything is a gift, we don’t need to turn away from the hardships of reality, in order to know the joy of Truth. Equally so, there is no need to look for despair and pain to ensure you aren’t missing or avoiding. There is a middle ground and its as natural as whatever experience you are already having that merely clears enough space in your reality to notice it. Such a middle ground welcomes each experience openly, even if it means being open to feeling shut down for any amount of time.
We are open to everything being a gift of evolution, whether we agree with the conduct of others, agree with the situations in view, or wish such growth could occur under more favorable conditions. We love what arises in ourselves if we have developed such a capacity. If not, the love within your heart shall manifest as the compassion of others, the light emanating from nature, or the silence of Source energy flowing in and out as each and every breath. We know that everything is inherently designed to make us better than we have ever been before, which requires us to be true to our journey, no matter how deeply we desire speeding things up.
In the new spiritual paradigm, we value the gift of our most loving responses to life, despite how reactive we are to anything in view. If unable to respond from our hearts, more rest and renewal is required to offer ourselves the nurturing attention seemingly absent in the behavior of others.
No one deserves to suffer for any reason and we are not to blame for the experiences at hand. We have been given an opportunity to evolve if we stay the course, which reveals an ability to expand without requiring adversity to inspire it. How do we get to such a destination – By being true to our feelings without projecting onto the experiences of others and embracing our own innocence, even when we are the only ones who seem to notice it.
When the response of our highest conduct outweighs the justification of any conclusion, a surrendered heart is revealed. As our hearts surrender, an abiding alignment with Source energy reveals the beauty of heart-centered consciousness, no matter the amount of hurt that was seemingly required to reveal the glory of your perfection.
