Spiritual Alchemy ~ Understanding Shame

Monica-BellucciTo the extent that we blame ourselves for anything, we feel ashamed. The truth is that no matter what we’ve done, the Divine accepts, forgives and loves us unconditionally. Mistakes are just that. We made an error. It may have been an error in judgment, but we made an error. That’s all we did. We goofed. We made a mistake. We were wrong.

Then … Whatever we did and whenever we did it is over and we need to get on with our lives. We need to realize that everybody living now and everybody that ever lived made mistakes and a lot of those mistakes are far worse than anything we ever did. We need to get over it and get on with our lives. Correct the error to the best of your ability, accept that’s the best you can do, forgive yourself for making the mistake in the first place, love yourself in spite of this mistake and get on with your life.

When you’re ashamed, you’re not living your life and that’s a much bigger mistake than anything you ever did that makes you feel ashamed now. Get over it. Confess to yourself and another human being whom you trust or confess to yourself and confess to the Divine. Confess your mistake. Confess your inability to make it right. Correct the error as best you can, accept this as being the best you can do, forgive yourself, love yourself in spite of this error and get on with your life.

If you don’t, you’re going to wallow around in shame until you do. While you’re wallowing around in shame like a pig in a mud hole, life goes on and passes you by. You remain in your dungeon of shame and people can’t see the best in you. They see only the worst and you continue your downward journey into self-pity, self-judgment and self-condemnation.

What’s wrong with this picture? Other people who’ve done much worse things than you accept their mistakes, forgive themselves and get on with their lives. Why can’t you?

You can. Here’s one way:

MANAGING SHAME – METHOD ONE

Make a list of all the things you did in your life that make you feel ashamed now. Make a list of all the things about your family, job, friends and environment that make you feel ashamed. Then one by one take up each item and ask yourself the following questions about that item:

  1. Does the Divine, who accepts and forgives everything, accept you and forgive you in spite of this mistake? Keeping asking until you find the strength to say yes.

  2. What can you do, in your present circumstances, to make amends for this mistake? Make it a priority to do what you can to make amends and avoid making this same mistake in the future. Do what you can, accept this is the best you can do, forgive yourself and love yourself anyway.

  3. If there’s nothing you can do, for whatever reason, about making amends, turn to the Divine and ask for forgiveness and peace and vow to do something to make somebody else’s life easier. By easing the pain of another person, you release your own pain and shame.

  4. Release your shame and let it go.

If you feel ashamed about something, you’re holding yourself back in life and impeding your spiritual growth. If you seek acceptance, forgiveness and love from the Divine because of this situation, you will instantly receive it. If you accept, forgive and love yourself to the best of your ability over this situation, you empower yourself and you grow spiritually.

The choice is yours and yours alone.

MANAGING SHAME – METHOD TWO

Make a list of all the things you did in your life that make you feel ashamed now. Make a list of all the things about your family, job, friends and environment that make you feel ashamed. Then one by one take up each item and ask yourself the following questions about that item:

  1. What can I do to make amends for the wrong that I’ve done?

  2. Can I make restitution to the person I harmed or their family?

  3. What restitution can I make?

  4. Can I help other people instead to make this restitution?

  5. What people?

  6. What can I do to help these other people?

  7. What do I have to do to stop feeling ashamed about this?

Your spiritual growth and your ability to live life to its fullest depends upon your ability to resolve your issues of shame. As long as you insist upon hanging onto your shame, your shame will retard your spiritual growth. As long as you insist upon hanging onto your shame, your shame will weigh you down and make life ever so much more difficult for you. As long as you insist upon hanging onto your shame, you cannot reach your highest potential in this life.

You must resolve your issues around shame to become free. Spiritual Alchemy is one tool to help you become free of the past so you can improve the quality of your life beyond your wildest dreams.

When we blame others for the things that happen to us, we are mistaken.

Most of us don’t believe that for a minute. But it is the truth.

Things happen. Some of them are accidents. Some of them are designed by the Divine to help us learn something about ourselves and others. Some of the are actually designed by us to help us learn something we want to learn. Some are caused by people in the grip of pain, wild emotions, drugs, mental problems or psychological disorders. Some are random acts of cruelty and evil.

What’s important to our spiritual health is not what happens to us but how we react to what happens. The event that happened did hurt us. Our reactions to that event continue to hurt us every day of our lives. We can’t stop what happened. We can stop our reactions to what happened. We do that through the simple process of understanding why we blame somebody or something else for our pain. We make a list of what happened and our current understanding of why we blame anybody or anything for what happened. We can learn to understand the evil deed they did was not them and the evil deed we did was not us.

We blame them, us or it because they, me or it did it.

We heal ourselves by understanding the other person was out of control and couldn’t stop before they hurt us. They were physically, mentally, emotionally, psychologically or spiritually out of control. We heal ourselves by understanding we were out of control when it happened and that’s all there is to it. We heal ourselves by understanding the thing was out of control when it hurt us and that’s all there is to it.

What we need to do is accomplish this aspect of our spiritual alchemy is to the best of our ability at this time. Healing always follows such an effort in Journaling.  So, break out the laptop, PC or book journal and go through this self-examination process:

  • List and understand what you blame your father for doing to you

  • List and understand what you blame your mother for doing to you

  • List and understand what you blame your child or children, brother or brothers, sister or sister, aunts, uncles and cousins for doing to you

  • List and understand what you blame your grandparents, great uncles, great aunts, nieces, nephews and all your other ancestors for doing to you

  • List and understand what you blame your friends, fellow students and fellow employees for doing to you

  • List and understand what you blame your enemies and antagonists for doing to you

  • List and understand what you blame all other persons whatsoever for doing to you

  • List and understand what you blame yourself, your mind, body, attitudes, beliefs, intentions, health and actions for doing to you

1. List and understand what you blame your father for doing to you

For our purposes the term father refers to the male person who contributed most to your childhood. This may be your biological father, a step-father or other male figure. It may include other men or be a combination of several men. If this is the case, you may want to do this task for each of them.

Your father, whether he is currently dead or alive, is a human being complete with strengths and weaknesses. He is a product of his environment and his heredity. He is a product of the prejudices and biases of his own parents and the society in which he grew up. He was and still is imperfect and he made and may still be making many mistakes.

Your father loves you and he wants the very best for you and he always has. He always did the best he could do in everything he did based on who and what he was at the time. He never intended to harm you, but he did intend to protect and teach you as best he could based on who and what he was at the time. He was imperfect and he made mistakes.

Your task is to sit quietly, become comfortable, take a few deep breaths and write down everything you remember you blame your father for. List the things he said and did that made you feel badly and explain these feelings.

Make certain your list is as complete as it can be for now. This may take you several days. So be it. Write as long as thoughts and ideas arise and as long as you’re comfortable. Take a break when you need to take a break. The intent of this part of the task is to recall as many details as you can comfortably recall about the things for which you blame your father. Write them all down together with a description of your feelings at the time.

When you’re done try to understand what mental, emotional, psychological or spiritual illness caused him to act in this way. Yes, he may have been the cause of your pain, but you don’t need to hang onto that forever. You can let it go and that choice is yours and yours alone. When finished, go to step two.

8. List and understand what you blame yourself, your mind, body, attitudes, beliefs, intentions, health and actions for doing to you.

We’ve intentionally saved the most difficult task for last. Having gone through this process for others makes it easier for us to go through it for ourselves. But go through it we must if we really intend to become the person we want to become. Go through it we must if we wish to advance spiritually in this lifetime. Go through it we must to continue our advancement in The Sanctuarium.

When you’re finished journaling on each of these eight relationships, decide how you want to handle all the paperwork you’ve generated. You may save or destroy it at your option. If you save it, you can use it later. The Sanctuarium will never ask you for your private papers. We will trust you when you say you’ve completed the task and wish to proceed.

Sacred Geometry ~ Phi Vortex Based Mathematics Torus Array

This film presents recent research, insights, and ideas linking the divine ratio or Phi, and Vortex Based Mathematics.
It begins by showing how the Modular 9 VBM maps can be derived from the Fibonacci sequence. VBM maps in Mod 25, mod 49 and so on can also be found using the fibonacci sequence, and the lucas sequence. The data behind this information can be found here:

The film then go’s on to explain some of the established compelling number properties of the mod9 number maps.

Then the problems that have been identified concerning the proportions and configuration of the VBM tori are explained.

I then propose a possible solution to these problems that also encompasses the Phi ratio. This solution involves laying down one specific geometric rule: That each diamond on the surface of the torus have exactly the same surface area.
My finding of the phi ratio was purely accidental. I had been looking for any proportion which allowed for this rule. I tried many different ratios of inner to outer diameters before landing on phi.

I am an artist, not a trained mathematician, nor a programmer. There could well be some mistakes in my calculations. If so don’t hesitate to let me know, and I will update the video.

There are definitely inaccuracies in the visuals depicted, as I have relied on drawings to define these new maps. I have calculated the 9×36 measurements slightly more precisely that the video. I will be attaching a cross section of this tori so that electronic engineers (perhaps those who have already created abha coils) might be able to manufacture a coil with these proportions.

how do i even begin? is it by telling you about how we’ve unwittingly been CAST into the MOLD of ancient SPELLS of our modern SPELLING? CAST just like a MOLD, or perhaps like a NET? while caught, like fish, in the net of spells and spelling that have been cast, thus SENTENCING us to LIFE SENTENCES and the CURSES of CURSIVE which are just TERMS, just like serving a PRISON TERM.

So we use our WOODEN pencil which comes from the LOG of LOGIC from the sacred TREE of KNOWLEDGE to LOG down our LOGIC on the paper, or the papyrus, which also comes from the sacred TREE of KNOWLEDGE.

The heart is also the first organ that is being formed in the womb. The rest comes later.

Recently, Neurophysicists have been astonished to discover that the Heart is more an organ of intelligence, than (merely) the bodies’ main pumping station. More than half of the Heart is actually composed of neurons of the very same nature as those that make up the cerebral system. Joseph Chilton-Pearce, author of The Biology of Transcendence, calls it “the major biological apparatus within us and the seat of our greatest intelligence.”

The Heart is also the source of the body’s strongest electromagnetic field. Each heart cell is unique in that it not only pulsates in synchrony with all the other heart cells, but also produces an electromagnetic signal that radiates out beyond the cell. An EEG that measures brain waves shows that the electromagnetic signals from the heart are so much stronger than brain waves, that a reading of the heart’s frequency spectrum can be taken from three feet away from the body…without placing electrodes on it!

The Heart’s electromagnetic frequency arcs out from the Heart and back in the form of a torus field. The axis of this Heart torus extends from the pelvic floor to the top of the skull, and the whole field is holographic, meaning that information about it can be read from each and every point in the torus.

The Hearts’ torus electromagnetic field is not the only source that emits this type of electromagnetic field. Every atom emits the same torus field. The Earth is also at the center of a torus, so is the solar system and even our galaxy…and all are holographic. Scientists believe there is a good possibility that there is only one universal torus encompassing an infinite number of interacting, holographic tori within its spectrum. Because electromagnetic torus fields are holographic, it is more than likely that the sum total of our Universe is present within the frequency spectrum of a single torus.

This means that each one of us is connected to the entire Universe and as such, can access all the information within it at any given moment. When we get quiet and access what we hold in our Hearts, we are literally connecting to the limitless supply and Wisdom of the Universe, thereby enabling what we perceive as “miracles” to enter into our lives.

When we disconnect and shut down the Heart’s innate wisdom of Love-based thinking, the ego-based intellect takes over and operates independently of the Heart, and we revert to a survival mentality based on fear, greed, power, and control. In this way, we come to believe that we are separate, our perception of life shifts into one of limitation and scarcity, and one in which we must fight in order to survive. This amazing organ, that we often time ignore, neglect and build walls around, is where we can find our strength, our faith, our courage and our compassion, enabling our higher emotional intelligence that can, if we allow it, guide us through our lives.

We must now switch the gears out of the fear-based mental state that we have been taught to believe in, and move into Heart Centered living. For this transformation to take place, one must learn to meditate, “go into your Heart” and access the inner wisdom of the Universe. It is the only way, it is THE WAY. As each one of us begins this quiet revolution of living from the Heart, we will begin to see it reflected in our lives and in our World. This is how each one of us will create change in the world, create Peace, create Harmony and Balance, and in this way, will we all create the New World Paradigm of Heaven on Earth.

 

 

Kabbalah ~ On The Term “Selem”

“Our first encounter with the term ‘selem,’ [image] of course, is in the narrative of man’s creation … ‘In the image of God He created Him’ (Gen. 1:26-27). The nature of this ‘image,’ though, is not sufficiently clear…The Kabbalists often introduce an additional verse, ‘For in the image man shall walk’ (Ps. 39:7), to show that the ‘selem’ is an integral part of man on earth. What then is the ‘selem’ in their conception. There is a basic assumption that two elements diametrically opposed by nature cannot exist together without some mediating entity. This also goes for the ‘nefesh’ [soul] and body…In Neoplatonic teaching and in ancient religions we find mention of an intermediary astral body; in the Kabbalah, the term ‘selem’ is borrowed to speak of the same idea. Thus we read in the Zohar: ‘When a man begins to consecrate himself before intercourse with his wife with a sacred intention, a holy spirit is aroused above him, composed of both male and female. And the Holy One, blessed be He, directs an emissary who is in charge of human embryos, and assigns to him this particular spirit, and indicates to him the place to which it should be entrusted…When the soul descends in order to enter this world…the holy image stands by it until it goes out into the world. When it does out into the world the image is summoned for it and it accompanies it and grows with it…And man’s days exist through the image, and are dependent on it.’ Thus the ‘image’ accompanies man all the days of his life … The ‘selem,’ then, is sometimes identified with a shadow accompanying man. In that sense, the ‘image’ constitutes the principium individuationis [principle of individuation], the individual and unique element in each person.”

Everyone is from the Melchizedek consciousness, ultimately.  It is the direct connection and source to God.  But please understand, this does not mean that what these men have to offer humanity is not worthy or important. You must make that decision.  All of the Melchizedeks on Earth work through the ALPHA ET OMEGA, ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK, the First Order of the Great White Brotherhood of Light. And, to clarify the word “Brotherhood”, there are both male and female members.  Gender has nothing to do with this work. Despite what people say about Gnostics they are pre-Christian and it isn’t a religion, it is a way of life – that of seeking knowledge and wisdom, which leads to spiritual enlightenment or illumination. When you are enlightened, you can see the big picture, you can see the connection in all things and you realise that all spiritual paths lead to the same place. So some people don’t call themselves a ‘Gnostic’ until after they have reached enlightenment.

There were Gnostics about before the age of Pisces (the fisher King & Queen – Christianity), before the age of Aries (the ram – Jewish religion), before the age of Taurus (Holy bull or cow worship – Minoan, Hindu, Egypt), before the age of Gemini (Twins – Sumer twins Enki and Enlil). They are the holders of the secrets from the underground stream.

Because we are now entering the age of Aquarius, the age of enlightenment, many more hidden (occult) truths are being revealed to the general population than ever before. Aquarius is represented by a man or woman with a pitcher, pouring out water on to the world from the heavens. That water represents enlightenment.

For every age something new is worshipped by the general population. Religions are built up around these things because humans generally have always needed to be guided to live life happily, because we know about death. Animals don’t know they are going to die, so they don’t worry about it. But because humans became conscious of this, as the neo-cortex expanded, it led to them spending their whole life worrying about it. To make people get on with their life in peace they were told stories and myths, things that would reassure them that if they led a good and noble life, they would go to somewhere wonderful when they left this place. Or that if they behaved like animals, they would be reincarnated as an animal. This worked on many levels. It kept people happy, it kept them from fearing death and it made them be good people through fear that if they did bad things they would be punished for it in the afterlife, or come back as a slug or something.

At the end of every astrological age there is the time of upheaval and upset. Many are starting to reject the old ways that they have always been taught, and are looking for something new. This is when the new age comes in and the old deity is symbolically killed, so the new deity can take over. This is why Moses told the people to slaughter the golden calf, as bull and cow worship was to end, and the new age of Aries was to be brought in. At the end of each age of course, there will always be those who try to cling on to the past and are scared to move forward. This is why all the old religions are still about for us all to see, those religions are stuck in the old ages and the people never learnt how to evolve from those old teachings and move on.

The same will happen at the end of this age. Those still following Christianity will refuse to let go of the old ways and move forwards towards Aquarius and the new ways of enlightenment. In the new age those who accept it will be able to see all of this above as truth, they will realise that all the religions were created for each age, and they will accept responsibility for themselves and their own actions, without the need of an authority figure or deity to tell them what to do. They will become their own Priest or Priestess. They will connect to their own Higher Self in the new coming age. They will gladly seek out Gnosis and Sophia (wisdom) and will enjoy learning and helping others.

In the past all through ancient times, only a selected few were given this Gnosis and these teachings. Everyone else was expected to follow the teachings of that age, and never become enlightened themselves. Sometimes this was because they didn’t have the Will or intelligence to know any different, or because the Mystery School was taken over by people who wanted to use Gnosis to control others and gain power for themselves. For having a little of this knowledge can lead to problems … For instance, if someone was to join a Mystery School, learn a few things, then decide they don’t want to learn anymore, all they want to do is take what they do know and control others with it … then, they go along and create a cult, give people a bit of knowledge, but because they haven’t connected to their own Higher Self. All they do is create more confused people in the world, and more power hungry control freaks, who will twist the truth to get what they want. The Roman Catholic Church illustrates this point:  while retaining much of the Knowledge about the Gnosis of all things, it chose to use the Knowledge for pecuniary gain, instead of sharing it with all the people who have not connected to their High Selves. The Church chose instead to demonise any ideas or teachings that could enlighten people.

The Sanctuarium is bringing the esoteric truth to the mainstream, as holders of the secret knowledge of the ages, we celebrate each age and each Aeon. We also do something special that helps bring in the new age and celebrate that the new age will be about enlightenment for all, which will, in turn, create balance, equality and, finally, illumine the truth to all.

Q:  Is what you teach the same as the new age movement?
—
A:  Yes and no. A lot of people have a few pieces of the puzzle, they have taken bits and pieces from all over the place, but not many have found the full truth. Some believe they are teaching the full truth while others know they are selling lies. Many like to make money out of spirituality and they know that the truth doesn’t sell, so they make up stories. The only thing you have to remember on your journey as you seek out the truth is that it can only truly be found within.  Anyone who guides you by any other understanding is guiding you the wrong way.
