Spiritual and Metaphysical Dream Analysis

Did you ever have a dream that seemed so bizarre that you weren’t sure what it meant?  Our dreams are the gateway to our subconscious mind which can reveal a lot more to what is going on in our lives than what we can interpret from the dream.

Our dreams are played out in metaphors because the reality behind these metaphors can often be overwhelming.

For example, if an office manager is dreaming about his secretary opening and closing file cabinet drawers, then the act  (and motion) of pushing a drawer in and out would represent this manager’s inner desire to have sexual intercourse with his secretary with the metaphor of sex being the in and out motion of file cabinet drawers by the secretary.  Another example would be a man who sees a building-sized tire about to roll over him.  This dream doesn’t mean something bad is about to happen to this man.  The tire represents the stressors in his life that are overwhelming.

As a Psychology major in college with a Masters degree in Human Services, I’ve taken an advanced class on the Psychology of Sleep and Dreams.  As a child and family therapist, I’ve used dream analysis to help my clients overcome obstacles in their lives but recently, I have seen an interesting twist that has not been covered in dream analysis: which would be metaphysical and spiritual interpretations.

SPIRITUAL PSYCHOLOGY: Blind people have dreams. In conventions for the blind, they often segregate themselves as being born blind versus being advantageously blind (where blindness occured after being able to see). My advantageously blind Psychology of Sleep and Dreams professor stated that once he went blind, he still retained the ability to see in his dreams, but after a while, his dreams became more sensory related to touch, smell and sound versus visual cognition.

Most dream analysis websites give wonderful explanations of what any symbol represents in your dreams.  The two I use most often are DreamMoods and Glamour Dream Analysis. The one thing they lack are spiritual and metaphysical interpretations of what these symbols might mean.

For example, in a typical dream analysis, climbing up a ladder usually represents a promotion or a new level of achievement but a spiritual or metaphysical interpretation may also indicate ascension or a DNA upgrade.

I have also found that once you have cleared most fears in your life, your dreams become more predictable of the future.  For example, my ex moved 1,200 miles away from me with my daughter.  Shortly afterwards, I had a dream where I was walking to my car with my daughter in the same state that she moved to, but the car was covered in an egg shell.  A few weeks after the dream, I was offered a job in the state where my daughter was living and moved back there on Easter weekend.  The egg shell represented Easter (eggs) and I arrived on Easter day to see my daughter!

The bottom line is to address whatever is going on in your subconscious mind in order to get to the point of where your dreams become prophetic or futuristic.  In doing so, you’ll learn a lot about yourself, your fears or inner desires.  We may never have completely prophetic dreams as daily occurrences and obstacles seem to bring us back to dreaming in metaphors about something that occurred that particular day, but at least we can address these issues or try to find a positive outcome for why we are having these dreams through dream analysis.

What do you dream about? Do you have repetitive dreams? Are your dreams spiritual or metaphysical? Have you ever dreampt about UFO’s or being aboard one? What do you think these dreams mean?

Have You Ever Time Traveled In Your Dreams?

full article here
by Gregg Prescott, M.S. Editor, In5D.com

The thought of time traveling has always fascinated me. On a gut level, I truly feel this is a possibility. Even when I think of some of my favorite movies, they involve time travel, such as Back to the Future and Somewhere in Time.

In 2006, I was experiencing sleep apnea, so I had a sleep study done. A sleep study is where you spend the night in a controlled environment, hooked up to a bunch of electrodes that monitor your sleep patterns. As it turns out, I have a rare sleep anomaly where I instantly go into the dream stage and basically stay there all night. The downside is that I get ZERO of the deep sleep stage, where the body does most of its healing.

Here’s a good example. Did you ever catch yourself dozing off while on the sofa and you wake up as your head nods forward? We’ve all been there. For me, I can have a dream that seems like it’s 4 hours long by the time it takes for my head to hit my chest while on the sofa.

What that shows me is how time is an illusion.

For many people, our dream stage seems more like reality than our waking stage. When we dream, we escape the illusion of time. Did you ever notice how when you’re sleeping, you never know what day of the week it is or what time it is?

Our dreams bring us into the ethereal realms where time is non-existent.

Time is an artificial construct that keeps us locked into this 3rd dimensional reality. By having a “work week” and a “weekend” (weakened), we are basically agreeing to this construct of time.

The late Jose Arguelles studied the tomb of Mayan Leader Lord Pacal. According to Arguelles’ finding, one of the most important things we can do is to live without time. For most of us, that’s impossible to do because of our “work schedules” but try living without time on the weekend. That includes not wearing a watch or watching any scheduled television “programming”. Don’t look at your cell phone to see what time it is either. The best way to live without time is to engage yourself into nature, whether that’s taking a long walk or simply going fishing. By doing so, it brings our minds back into a more natural, dream-like state. What you’ll notice is how your creativity spikes when your mind is this relaxed.

A while back, I had a dream where I sent myself back in time from 26 years into the future. I remember someone asking me who I was and I said, “I am a master copy of myself.” In this dream, I sent a master copy of myself back from the future to help with the awakening process because we didn’t reach the critical mass the first time around. When I woke up, I thought that statement was so profound because a master copy of myself could be my oversoul or higher self.

Then again, it could have been me time traveling from the future.

I’ve found that once you remove the fear in your life, your dreams become either futuristic or more like a premonition because your mind no longer needs to process any fear related issues while you’re sleeping.

You may also find yourself in parallel universes or multiple realities once you remove the fear. These are pretty cool dreams because they’re happening right now, yet they show you how we are able to tap into multiple realities in order to manifest the most ideal outcomes in “real life”. This is basically how the Law of Attraction works, by bringing you the one of the best realities out of the unlimited amount of possibilities.

Do you believe that time travel is possible? Have you ever time traveled in your dreams? Comment below and tell us about it!

What Is Numerology?

double whale flukesNumerology is a method of divination that uses numbers as symbols of the different vibrational patterns which make up our human experience.  The ancient Chaldeans understood that all things are composed of energy at varying states of vibration, and modern science is just catching up with this concept. Through Numerology, you’ve got a system that allows you to understand the qualities of the universal and personal vibrational patterns that make up your life. You can also calculate the changes in your relationships throughout the years.

Some teachers of the Yogic wisdom tradition say that we have 6 physical senses and 108 astral senses. In everyday life, we filter most of what we receive so that we can focus on matters of immediate importance. A Person who has acquired some psychic ability or skill at divination learns to filter less information than most, and can read the information coming to others through the use of symbolic tools like Numerology.

While it doesn’t take much of a leap to imagine the mystical diagrams used in Astrology or the mythic images of Tarot as symbols containing many meanings, it’s a lot harder for most people to imagine those same attributes being “held” by common numbers or letters of the alphabet. We have a hard time seeing numbers as anything other than ciphers for quantities and measurement, because that’s how we use them every day.

Numerology’s 2 ‘Schools’

There are two major schools of Numerology practiced today, the Modern system and the Chaldean system. Modern Numerology claims a lineage going back to Pythagoras, but the story of his invention of a “new number system” was made by Philolaus who was born 25 years after Pythagoras’ death, and after the original mystery school burned down.

The Chaldean system, on the other hand, can verify its antiquity through cuneiform tablets dating back thousands of years before the birth of Pythagoras. The chief difference is that the Chaldean method is based on the vibrations that numbers represented, while the “Pythagorean” system considered the alphabets in a strict, linear sequence.

Another difference between the Chaldean and Modern methods is that the Chaldean system places more emphasis on the name, while the Modern system is more concerned with permutations of the birth date.

“The Science of Numbers”

The term Numerology was coined by Dr. Julia Seton, and first seen in a book published around 1937. Before then, this type of divination was referred to as the Science of Numbers, Arithmancy, or sometimes erroneously, Kabbalah.

There are other schools of Numerology which have their origin in ancient Taoist cosmologies that follow the theory of Yin and Yang and the Five Elements. It is believed that these methods, (developed into what’s known as 9 Ki or Kyusei in Japan), along with the Yijing (I-Ching) are older than the origin of numbers.

Eastern Traditions

It’s also interesting to note that the more modern and very popular system of Chinese Astrology, known as the Four Pillars, is really a numerological method based on the calendar, rather than the movements of the stars.

In India, many methods of astrological divination are based on numerological techniques such as harmonics and magic squares. Some of them use only approximate positions of the planets, a preset sequence of positions in the Zodiac signs, or sequences and cycles of time that have no relationship to planetary position at all. These are actually numerological methods, based on the symbolic value of number, rather than observations of the sky.

The 3 Facets of Numerology

We could say that Numerology has three different facets. None of these facets can operate on their own, because they are the three legs of the tripod upon which Numerology stands.

The first would be Numerology itself; the understanding of the numbers as symbols for vibrational patterns. There are advanced aspects to the study, of interest only to metaphysical researchers and divination professionals concerned with the nature of symbol, myth and consciousness.

The second facet has been recently and brilliantly rediscovered by the famous author J.K. Rowling – Arithmancy. Arithmancy is the set of techniques used for manipulating the numbers and extracting the meaning from their various relationships. Arithmancy gives us the ability to find the definitions we need and the information we seek.

The third facet of Numerology is usually called Kabbalah. This term is borrowed from the system of mystic cosmology developed by ancient Babylonian and Hebrew sages. It’s most commonly used to describe the assignment of letters of an alphabet, or phonemes of a language, to the numbers. These methods help a practitioner to understand the numeric values of words, and to define the way that names are converted to complex vibrational patterns.

Using Numerology to Navigate your Life

Numerology is a profound and reliable way to examine your inner nature, and look at the various psychological, physical and spiritual processes that make up your life experience. It can give you deep insight into what makes you “tick”, and provides an excellent way for navigating the currents of daily life.

Whether your goals are romantic, material or spiritual, it can help you reach them with less difficulty and fewer delays. Numerology can help you learn how to emphasize your strengths and overcome your weaknesses – almost anything you need to know can be found within the vibrational patterns and their cycles defined “by the numbers.”

Magnetic Field Of Meteorite Provides Clues Of Solar System Formation

By analyzing a meteorite that crash-landed in India eight decades ago, researchers have discovered the first experimental evidence suggesting that our solar system’s protoplanetary disk was shaped by an intense magnetic field which propelled massive amounts of gas into the sun over the course of just a few million years.

In the study, MIT graduate student Roger Fu and colleagues from Cambridge University, Arizona State University and elsewhere studied a space rock known as a Semarkona, which fell to Earth in northern India back in 1940 and is said to be one of the most pristine relics of the early solar system. They extracted individual pellets known as chondrules from a small sample of the meteorite and measured the magnetic orientations of each grain.

As the study authors reported Friday in the journal Science, they found that the meteorite had not been altered since its formation. With that established, they then measured the magnetic strength of each chondrule and calculated the original magnetic field in which those grains were created. Their calculations revealed the early solar system’s magnetic field was between five and 54 microteslas, or up to 100,000 times stronger than what currently exists in interstellar space.

While astronomers have long observed the process of protoplanetary disk evolution throughout the galaxy, the mechanism by which planetary disks evolved has remained a mystery to scientists for several decades, the researchers said. Based on their measurements, however, the researchers believe that the magnetic field would likely have played a major role in the formation of the solar system and of Earth-like planets.

Seminary ~ Balancing and Fortifying Our Energy System

neuronsThe signposts are indeed indicating greater levels of planetary upheaval, potentially causing more pressure upon our sensitive, changing bodies. The more that I talk with other light servers, I am discovering that many of us are with body pains, tiredness and rising conditions of all types and scale.

It is important to remember that our entire cellular structure is changing as new electromagnetic impulses are constantly entering.

As we increase our vibration, we simultaneously detoxify from the old framework, no matter how advanced our conscious understandings are.

This purification deepens as we go and is a natural part of the experience. With this comes periods of fatigue as our body is constantly recalibrating, while making its gradual transition into a more efficient blueprint and upgraded frequency.

There is critical need to give the body our highest priority to bring as much ease as possible to our biological shift. We can greatly assist it along by paying very close attention to its changing requirements.

This includes new choices in food, different supplementation, always more rest, more play and simple beingness, which is a constant doorknocker for me as well.

There are really no hard and fast rules anymore as to what brings increased energy vibration. It’s happening to everyone and now, it’s merely a matter of keeping our physical vehicles healthy enough to keep up. So much depends upon the personal blueprint and our ability to listen to what the body wants.

For example, having been a vegetarian for years, recently my body wants some meat and dairy to supply it with certain amino acids and protein sequences. It’s been super strange for me psychologically, but my body is feeling in much greater vitality.

Take Precious Care of our Biological Upgrade

With a much greater amplitude of energy running through the body, the nervous system and its neurological activity have a tendency to get overloaded as these higher frequencies of light try to incorporate.

If proper integration is not taken to rest the body from the outer “hustle bustle”, neural circuitry can get majorly stressed and potentially fracture causing a cascade of internal challenges.

Just like a car, any weakening in the engine starts really subtle. The messages, however, are always there and it takes a constantly “tuning in” to our body partner.

Don’t forget too, the ego mind complex is disintegrating and our thoughts are adjusting to brand new perceptions of thinking. This can also cause subtle imbalances affecting the brain waves. It is important to keep ourselves in check, monitoring and adjusting as we go, so that the mind does not get stuck in looping feedback.

The endocrine system, which regulates our physiological functioning through hormones, is currently undergoing a huge upgrade as well. It may experience tremendous energy overloads as it constantly attempts to maintain a state of homeostasis in the body’s metamorphic processes.

Glandular activity can be erratic, causing various effects in body chemicals and triggering internal agitation. If we are not fully grounded in our body, this can result in adrenal and mental burn out, frazzled energy, mind confusion and a long list of reactive emotional states. (More belly laughing is a must.)

Build Immunity to Release new DNA

Un-integrated energy overload weakens the body’s entire system of immunity, which sets up an environment for increased infection and invading germs. This causes unneeded adversity such as more colds, feeling run down, viral conditions and inflammatory responses, to name just a few.

Strong immune systems help activate and release new DNA encodement.

stem cells basicsConsider that the stem cells that form our blood are born and reach maturity in the bone marrow. Once these cells are mature, they are released into the blood stream where they travel throughout the body preventing infection and supplying needed oxygen and life force energy.

We house a lot of new DNA encodement inside these cells deep in the marrow. If we have healthy immune systems, we have healthy bone marrow and our blood is fortified with more light expanding programs to positively affect all other systems.

This is why it is absolutely crucial that we spend more time building and amplifying our entire system of immunity and to keep it invincibly strong.

Seminary ~ Invoking Ganesha, Remover of Obstacles

Ganesh Ji
Ganesh Ji

Yoga philosophy is often fleshed out with characters from Hindu mythology. Some people find this off-putting as it rings a distant note of religiosity. This often happens because these colorful characters and stories are viewed as concrete deities, rather than as representations of different aspects of ourselves. Of course, there are sectors of society that regard these archetypes as material divinities, but it is also possible to separate Hindu mythology from a particular religious view point and to use it to illuminate deep seated aspects of ourselves.

One of the most well-known figures in Hindu mythology is Ganesha, the elephant god. His anthropomorphic image is widespread in India, its prominence dating back to the 6th century AD. He is portrayed in a wide variety of situations, from valiantly fighting demons to domestic portraits invoking a sense of familial harmony. While Ganesha is also known as a patron of the arts and sciences, he is most widely revered as the remover of obstacles and the symbol of wisdom. However, Ganesha is also thought to place obstacles in the path of those that need to learn a particular lesson. In this sense, obstacles are regarded as positive forces fostering new perspectives. This encapsulates the deeper sense of wisdom which Ganesha represents.

A traditional way of invoking the Ganesha archetype is through mantra. In many yoga schools, mantras are chanted as a way of getting in touch with those aspects of ourselves we need most in our journey of spiritual realization. The Ganesha mantra translates as the following:

O Mighty Ganesha of Large body, curved trunk, with the brilliance of a million suns, please make all my work free of obstacles, always.

Our internal Ganesha oversees obstacles on material and spiritual planes. Obstacles in our lives occur on many levels, and often simultaneously, from the grossest manifestations of the body to the subtlest impressions of the mind. Yoga philosophy does not differentiate between these levels of being as body is regarded merely as gross mind and mind as subtle body.

This becomes an interesting perspective when we consider the compound ways in which obstacles often seem to manifest in our lives. When we are dealing with extreme mental issues, such as obstacles in our professional lives or relationship dynamics, we often experience concurrent physical ailments. Similarly, serious health problems deeply impact our state of mind. Obstacles resonate on all our levels of being in chorus. To truly start removing these obstacles requires a deeper and more inclusive concept of wisdom – which Ganesha represents.

This sort of wisdom occurs when we manage, through practice, to align our rational faculties with our intuitive ones. Yoga and meditation techniques all aid the process of achieving a state of balance in which this true sense of wisdom becomes more accessible. In this sense, we are all Ganesha’s capable of removing the obstacles in our lives. It is this wisdom which gives birth to the creative insights that resolve our problems.

So next time you are faced with what feels like an insurmountable obstacle, smile as you call to mind the image of the wise and powerful elephant god. Know that he resides within you and that through practice, whichever form works for you, you can achieve the sort of balanced insight that enables you to remove any obstacle in your path. Furthermore, by invoking Ganesha’s wisdom, be reminded that all obstacles are teachers on your journey toward yourself and are in fact your biggest opportunities for growth.

Seminary ~ Reflecting on Energy Management

psy mind being
“Control of the mind is said to be the highest Yoga. It is like control of an unruly horse, which must be made to obey its rider.”  — Bhagavata Purana, XI.20

Liminal Landscapes – A portal for dimensional living

Energy is part of the fabric of matter. To some it is Chi (from Chinese), Ki (Japanese) or Prana (Indian). To others it is the life force or breath of the Gods.

Energy is sacred. It is a part of all things. When energy is in a proper state of balance, it moves smoothly through the space it occupies (our homes, our workspace even our bodies). Balancing this energy is a crucial part of living a healthy and calm life.
A healthy lifestyle which includes moderation in all things: eating right, daily exercise and a normal sleeping pattern is key to balanced energy. One trick to healthy living is making small changes. Make wise choices (skip the chips choose raw fruit or vegetables) Eating healthy snacks will make you feel awake and alive. Free yourself from a bad diet in simple steps: add fruit to your cereal, have an extra glass of water instead of soda, limit your alcohol and caffeine consumption. It is possible to ease into a healthier lifestyle just by making conscious choices.

When was the last time you detoxed?

The famous American psychic, Edgar Cayce, recommended this detoxifying diet to a client what has become ” the Edgar Cayce Apple Diet.” It was intended by him as a three-day detox diet.

“But don’t go without the apples – eat them – all you can – at least five or six apples each day. Chew them up, scrape them well. Drink plenty of water, and follow the three-day diet with the big dose of Olive Oil.” He also recommended rest while on this fast (specifically, he said “don’t work like a horse …” or it would be more detrimental than helpful.) The “big dose” of olive oil is around two teaspoons.

Daily exercise, the practice of yoga and daily meditation are also wonderful vehicles to a healthier life.

Our bodies are so much more than meets the eye. Of course we are flesh, blood and bone but we are also Spirit and within our body lies and an amazing network of energy centers or chakras.

This energy system ensures that our organs, cells, and tissues stay strong and healthy. When there is a block in an energy pathway, the organ system that the pathway corresponds with will also become blocked. Through meditation we can move energy through the body and heal it. Not only can we eliminate stress but we can heal and balance our own bodies by drawing energy to the energy center or chakra point that is not functioning to its fullest potential.

There are seven main chakras, or energy centers, located in our body, five of which are located along the spine, the upper two on our head. Each chakra is associated with a different energy level. Begin with the lowest, the root chakra, which stands for the pure matter, to the highest, the crown chakra, which represents pure consciousness.

Energy flows through these centers and the flow of energy affects our health. Through meditation we can balance and aligned each energy centers setting the chakra to glow and spin.

The practice of meditation is a large part of psychic development and spiritual work. Meditation is the practice of focusing and quieting your mind to achieve a heightened awareness of your inner spirit and release your inner wisdom whereby you are attempting to merge the desires of the subconscious mind with the desires of the conscious mind in order to work toward a common goal.

When you shift your attention to each breath slowly and deeply drawn and released, you shift your mind into a quiet mode, releasing your mind clutter and silencing the “monkey mind” that constantly tries to invade our thoughts and emotions. The result of this shift is peace, serenity, calmness and inspiration.

Through Meditation Practices one can improved mental functioning, achieve greater intuition as well as greater access to unconscious resources and abilities.

Recipe ~ A Different, Holistically Nutritious Strawberry Pie!

stawberry pieCommitting to a healthy lifestyle does not mean committing to a life that is void of fun, delicious, satisfying treats. In fact, we eat just as much amazing food as the average person.

The difference between what we are doing and what the rest of the population is doing comes down to the quality of the ingredients that go into our treat foods.

Eating healthy should be delicious, and we are never going to compromise on that – either for ourselves or for you. That is why we are firm believers in substitutions.

For instance, when we are making a pie – we use whole nuts, seeds and pseudo grains instead of processed flour. We use cashews for making thick creams rather than processed diary. We use dates, coconut sugar and maple syrup in place of processed white sugar… You get the idea!

For us, eating healthy should never mean deprivation. It should simply mean you still get to eat everything you crave, you just use healthy, whole foods ingredients to make your favourite dishes in place of processed ones!

To get you started, here is an amazing Strawberry Pie recipe that you will be proud to serve guests – not only because it looks beautiful, but because it is absolutely delicious AND nutritious!

Of course if you want to keep the whole thing to yourself, we won’t tell anyone 😉

Seminary ~ Nassim Haramein’s Quantum Gravity and the Holographic Mass

quantum gravityNassim Haramein has calculated a geometric solution for the gravitational field. In his latest paper “Quantum Gravity and the Holographic Mass” he describes gravity in a classical algebraic way by calculating the density of the space both within and on the outside of the event horizon of a proton.

The seemingly “empty” vacuum of space is actually a nearly infinitely dense super-fluid medium made of tiny tiny tiny little frothing bubbles of energy. Sometimes called the “quantum foam”, each of these miniscule vibrations represents a spherical wave form, or quanta, that is the diameter of the smallest possible measurable distance, the Planck length. Haramein calls these tiny spherical information bits Planck spherical units or PSUs. The PSUs on the interior of the proton’s event horizon pack together in a perfectly space-filling overlapping “3D” Flower of Life structure with each sphere’s center being connected by a tetrahedral lattice geometry. The PSUs within the proton volume holographically project on the proton surface event horizon as “flat” equatorial circles in a “2D” flower of life tiling pattern.

In this image, the first equation describes the ratio between the proton surface area and the surface Planck circles showing that the number of equatorial circles on the Proton surface equals 10↑40 (10 to the 40 or 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000 Planck length diameter circles)

The second equation shows the number of Planck spherical units contained within the proton, which is 10↑60. In the third equation, the external surface horizon is divided by the internal volume and then multiplied by the Planck mass to give the total value of the proton mass. With a simple classical geometric calculation, Haramein obtains the mass of the proton according to the standard model, as measured from the outside, in the laboratory: 10↑-24 gm.

Haramein then calculates the external Planck circles divided by the internal Planck spheres to obtain the gravitational mass of the proton, which equals 10↑14 which is the exact amount of mass needed for the proton to obey what is called the the Schwarzschild condition of a black hole.

Protons are quantum scale black holes.
Gravity is a ratio of volume to surface area.

Insight ~ from Grandmaster Jorge Enriquez

doorway eyeHello dear friends,
Much love and much light to you I send as I am being everyday reminded of the fantastic life and world I live in. So this is it, the time is now where we are called to stand strong and be a beacon for those that are walking in our footsteps. The time is now to face adversity and choose to not react, rather choose to respond positively and know that your changing balance can affect the outcome with clarity. When you are confronted with a situation or a person that is being abusive or negative, the enemy is not the person or situation. The enemy is the ego within you. Circumstance becomes dictated when self control is lost. Within your heart center you hold an enormous powerhouse of love and compassion. By tapping into it, daily, we can be our own rulers rather than let our emotions rule us. Meditation allows that focus to become part of your everyday being. I must admit to you, my dearest ones, that I have had a problem with emotional control and as many of you know have been very confrontational. So maybe you are saying to yourselves, that I should practice what I preach. And you are right. I have been tested and have failed many many times. My failure comes because I lacked the will to self control or didn’t care. But I see now the error that has placed me in harms way and has caused me to be a cause of others sadness. So I have to first apologize to all I have offended whether on purpose or in careless reaction. These past few weeks have been an eye opener for me. I have been tested and have even tested myself in a number of ways and I have been shown, through meditation and contemplation, my mistakes and insecurities. Yes yes insecurities which we all carry in some way or another. Through certain initiations and spiritual breakthroughs I have found insight into my truth and if i can, would like to extend my fraternal hand to heal and balance with unconditional Love.

Just For Today … Listen to the Tones

bird in flightYou might be outside and hear something a little weird, as in a bit out of the ordinary. What are those Tones I keep hearing?

The tones are actually a high frequency pitch or ringing in your ears. At first it’s often dismissed as a sound emitting from the TV recently turned on or an electronic device malfunctioning.

All of those high pitches can be turned off or easily avoided. The pitch I speak of is ever present no matter where you go and no matter how hard you cover your ears etc. In some circles it is referred as the sound of God or the Universe.

At first when you seek it out there are a number of other sounds you may have to sort through which are all naturally occurring in your environment. But, if you are in a quiet room and you relax yourself and just listen, it will present itself to you. In fact many people say they have heard it many times before but dismissed it for some reason or the other.

This pitch holds several interesting properties … For instance, as you become more aware of it gets slightly louder. More interesting much like non thought and awareness, if you relax your mind and try not to think about things and most of all not think about listening to the sound, it will get louder and louder. But, the instant you think about it getting louder it will instantly drop down to a faint pitch.

This of course is your first lesson, learning to raise the loudness of your pitch, or more or less controlling the sound with non-thought. By default you are exercising your mind like lifting a heavy object everyday to only realize some time later you are now much stronger and can lift many things you could not before. With practice you will be able to make the tones louder and softer at your will, and with some attention you will also discover cords or pitches interlaced within the one pitch. Meaning there are actually dozens of pitches intertwined. To the mystic, such a practice is a very special tool, as you learn to control the bars or loudness, indirectly you are exercising a different part of your mind. Softer and louder becomes a sense of movement. As you lie down, practice with the tones and you will discover that if you imagine yourself sinking backwards into your pillow the sounds get louder or in this perspective come forward. It’s a different way of understanding movement.

Perhaps this moment is not as grand or majestic as you had hoped, none the less it is real. There is an old saying, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

What awaits you from here is the knowledge, secrets and wonders you dared to believe existed. Are you listening to the Tones?

Seminary ~ What Is Divine Light?

sunkissed morn

In Theology, Divine Light, also called Divine Radiance or Divine Refulgence, is an aspect of Divine Presence, specifically an unknown and mysterious ability of God, Angels, or Human Beings to express themselves communicatively through spiritual means, rather than through physical capacities.

Spirituality

The term Light has been used in Spirituality, Vision, Enlightenment, Darshan, Tabor Light. Bible commentators such as Ritenbaugh see the presence of light as a metaphor of truth, good and evil, knowledge and ignorance. In the first Chapter of the Bible, Elohim is described as creating light by fiat and seeing the light to be good. In Hinduism, Diwali the festival of lights is a celebration of the victory of light over darkness. A Mantra in Bṛhadāraṇyaka Upaniṣad (1.3.28) urges God to ‘from darkness, lead us unto Light’.

Various local Religious concepts exist:

Inner Light – Christian concept and Quaker doctrine

An Noor – Islamic term and concept

Ein Sof – in Rabbinic Judaism

Tabor Light – in Eastern Orthodox theology

Theoria – in Christian theology, illumination on the path to theosis

Ayat an-Nur – in Arabic, the Sign of Light

Zoroastrianism

Light is the core concept in Iranian Mysticism. The main roots of this thought is in the Zoroastrian beliefs, which defines The supreme God Ahura Mazda as the source of light. This very essential attribute is manifested in various schools of thought in the Iranian Religions and philosophy. Latter this notion has been dispensed into the whole Middle East, having a great effect of shaping the paradigms of different religions and philosophies emerging one after another in the region. After the Arab invasion, this concept has been incorporated into the Islamic teachings by Iranian thinkers, most famous of them Shahab al-Din Suhrawardi, who is the founder of the illumination philosophy.

Although this school had stemmed from the Iranian culture and beliefs, it has spread far into Europe and can be seen and traced in the teachings of the Enlightenment era, Renaissance movement, and even the secret cults as early Illuminati.

Sant Mat

In the terminology of Sant Mat Light and Sound are the two main and expressions of God and from them all the creation comes into existence. Inner Light (and Inner Sound) can be experienced with and after an initiation by a competent Guru during meditation, and are considered the better way to reach Enlightenment.

Eastern Orthodox Church

In the Eastern Orthodox tradition, the Divine Light illuminates the intellect of man through ‘theoria’ or contemplation. In the Gospel of John, the first few verses describe God as Light. “In Him was life and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness and the darkness did not comprehend it.” John 1:5 Christ also professes to bring the Divine Light to mankind. “I am the light of the world” John 8:12 The Divine Light is also called the Tabor Light which the apostles witnessed at the Transfiguration.

Seminary ~ Exercise ~ The Secret of Remote Viewing and Astral Projection

astral OBE
Imagine going on vacation to Greece. You are staying in a stunning white villa overlooking the crystal blue waters of the sea … The sun is reflecting on the water and sparkling like diamonds.

What if you could check out your vacation spot (and not with brochures or old photos) before booking your trip …

If you are skilled in Astral Projection or Remote Viewing, you do exactly that and much, much more.

When you practice Remote Viewing, you can see your target as clearly as you see these words…

So what is the secret to achieving vivid clarity and detail?

Practice visualization.

It sounds really simple, but spending just a few minutes each day on this practice will train your brain to bring back
more detail, color and clarity every time you remote view or project to a target.

Start with a memory.

Imagine the last time you ate an orange.

See the orange in your mind. See how bright the color is, the dimples in the skin of the orange, fell the texture and
the weight of it in your hand. Peel the skin back. Hear the sound it makes and smell the citrus of the fruit. Make
every detail as bright and vivid as possible.

This may be difficult at first and you may not be able to hold all of the details in you mind. But as you practice, you will
find that it becomes easier and your visualizations will become brighter and your mind will hold more details at
one time.

Move on to other memories. Visualize a room in your house or a place that you have been. What does it smell like? What
types of sounds are in the vicinity? How does the room feel in contrast to your current location? Take in all the details. Go
back to the area you practiced on if possible and see what you missed.

Your consciousness will begin to extend beyond the boundaries of your physical body to absorb this data.

Try it out!  We think you will be amazed at the difference this will make when you go back to practice remote viewing and astral
projection!

We can’t wait to hear about your experiences with this technique!

SYNONYMS

ajaḥ—unborn; api—although; san—being so; avyaya—without deterioration; ātmā—body; bhūtānām—all those who are born; īśvaraḥ—the Supreme Lord; api—although; san—being so; prakṛtim—transcendental form; svām—of Myself; adhiṣṭhāya—being so situated; sambhavāmi—I do incarnate; ātma-māyayā—by My internal energy.

TRANSLATION

Although I am unborn and My transcendental body never deteriorates, and although I am the Lord of all sentient beings, I still appear in every millennium in My original transcendental form.

PURPORT

The Lord has spoken about the peculiarity of His birth: although He may appear like an ordinary person, He remembers everything of His many, many past “births,” whereas a common man cannot remember what he has done even a few hours before. If someone is asked what he did exactly at the same time one day earlier, it would be very difficult for a common man to answer immediately. He would surely have to dredge his memory to recall what he was doing exactly at the same time one day before. And yet, men often dare claim to be God, or Kṛṣṇa. One should not be misled by such meaningless claims. Then again, the Lord explains His prakṛti or His form. Prakṛti means nature as well as svarūpa, or one’s own form. The Lord says that He appears in His own body. He does not change His body, as the common living entity changes from one body to another. The conditioned soul may have one kind of body in the present birth, but he has a different body in the next birth. In the material world, the living entity has no fixed body but transmigrates from one body to another. The Lord, however, does not do so. Whenever He appears, He does so in the same original body, by His internal potency. In other words, Kṛṣṇa appears in this material world in His original eternal form, with two hands, holding a flute. He appears exactly in His eternal body, uncontaminated by this material world. Although He appears in the same transcendental body and is Lord of the universe, it still appears that He takes His birth like an ordinary living entity. Despite the fact Lord Kṛṣṇa grows from childhood to boyhood and from boyhood to youth, astonishingly enough He never ages beyond youth.

At the time of the Battle of Kurukṣetra, He had many grandchildren at home; or, in other words, He had sufficiently aged by material calculations. Still He looked just like a young man twenty or twenty-five years old. We never see a picture of Kṛṣṇa in old age because He never grows old like us, although He is the oldest person in the whole creation-past, present, and future. Neither His body nor His intelligence ever deteriorates or changes. Therefore, it is clear that in spite of His being in the material world, He is the same unborn, eternal form of bliss and knowledge, changeless in His transcendental body and intelligence. Factually, His appearance and disappearance are like the sun’s rising, moving before us, and then disappearing from our eyesight. When the sun is out of sight, we think that the sun is set, and when the sun is before our eyes, we think that the sun is on the horizon. Actually, the sun is always in its fixed position, but owing to our defective, insufficient senses, we calculate the appearance and disappearance of the sun in the sky. And, because His appearance and disappearance are completely different from that of any ordinary, common living entity, it is evident that He is eternal, blissful knowledge by His internal potency-and He is never contaminated by material nature.

The Vedas also confirm that the Supreme Personality of Godhead is unborn, yet He still appears to take His birth in multi-manifestations. The Vedic supplementary literatures also confirm that even though the Lord appears to be taking His birth, He is still without change of body. In the Bhāgavatam, He appears before His mother as Nārāyaṇa, with four hands and the decorations of the six kinds of full opulences. His appearance in His original eternal form is His causeless mercy, according to the Viśvakośa dictionary. The Lord is conscious of all of His previous appearances and disappearances, but a common living entity forgets everything about his past body as soon as he gets another body. He is the Lord of all living entities because He performs wonderful and superhuman activities while He is on this earth. Therefore, the Lord is always the same Absolute Truth and is without differentiation between His form and self, or between His quality and body. A question may now be raised as to why the Lord appears and disappears in this world. This is explained in the next verse.

Resonance/Cymatics ~ The Six Tones of Creation

small waterfall

Sleep or meditate with these frequencies playing.  These Solfeggio frequencies make up the sacred Solfeggio scale:

UT — 396 Hz
Intent: turning grief into joy, liberating guilt & fear

This frequency liberates the energy and has beneficial effects on feelings of guilt. It cleanses the feeling of guilt, which often represents one of the basic obstacles to realization, enabling achievement of goals in the most direct way. The ‘Ut’ tone releases you from the feeling of guilt and fear by bringing down the defense mechanisms. 396 Hz frequency searches out hidden blockages, subconscious negative beliefs, and ideas that have led to your present situations.

RE — 417 Hz
Intent: undoing situations and facilitating change

The next main tone from the Solfeggio scale produces energy to bring about change. This frequency cleanses traumatic experiences and clears destructive influences of past events. When speaking of cellular processes, tone ‘Re’ encourages the cell and its functions in an optimal way. 417 Hz frequency puts you in touch with an inexhaustible source of energy that allows you to change your life.

MI — 528 Hz
Intent: transformation and miracles (DNA repair)

Tone ‘Mi’ is used to return human DNA to its original, perfect state. This frequency brings transformation and miracles into your life. The process of DNA reparation is followed by beneficial effects — increased amount of life energy, clarity of mind, awareness, awakened or activated creativity, ecstatic states like deep inner peace, dance and celebration. Tone ‘Mi’ activates your imagination, intention and intuition to operate for your highest and best purpose.

FA — 639 Hz
Intent: re-connecting and balancing, relationships

Another frequency from the sacred Solfeggio scale. It enables creation of harmonious community and harmonious interpersonal relationships. Tone ‘Fa’ can be used for dealing with relationships problems — those in family, between partners, friends or social problems. When talking about cellular processes, 639 Hz frequency can be used to encourage the cell to communicate with its environment. This ancient Solfeggio frequency enhances communication, understanding, tolerance and love.

SOL — 741 Hz
Intent: solving problems, expressions/solutions

It cleans the cell (“Solve polluti”) from the toxins. Frequent use of 741 Hz leads to a healthier, simpler life, and also to changes in diet towards foods which are not poisoned by various kinds of toxins. Tone ‘Sol’ cleans the cell from different kinds of electromagnetic radiations. Another application of this sound frequency is solving problems of any nature. The fifth frequency of the Solfeggio scale will also lead you into the power of self-expression, which results in a pure and stable life.

The Morality of Yoga

meditate riverWhile in yoga the yamas deal with what we observe of ourselves in society, the niyamas deal with personal observances.  The first of these is saucha, translated as ‘cleanliness’, although the western understanding of this word doesn’t give one the whole picture. When we think of being clean, we probably think of taking a shower and putting on fresh clothes. Although personal hygiene is important, saucha also refers to the cleanliness of our surroundings and the energy with which we interact with the world. As with everything in yoga, there is an inner and an outer dimension to our understanding.

Saucha can refer to the order in which you keep your house, how often you brush your teeth or go for a jog and the food you put into your body. If your immediate environment is a mess, it is very difficult to cultivate the clear, compassionate thinking that allows you to see the world as it is and appreciate the moment you are in. Likewise, if you don’t take care of yourself physically it is very difficult to feel comfortable in your body. Being unhygienic, not getting enough exercise and eating badly contribute to negative emotional states. Yoga teaches us that is it necessary to take care of the grosser, outer manifestations of our spirit before we can reasonably expect to deal with our more subtle inner world.

As we become aware of the grosser aspects of our existence and their effect on our psyche, and we begin to take care of them, we naturally start to become aware of the more subtle aspects of ourselves. We might become aware that our friend’s boisterous social behavior is simply a coping mechanism designed to offset her nervousness, or we might ask why we feel so drained and slimy after we talk to some people. Awareness of this sort is awareness of the energetic exchanges between ourselves and the world, and once we begin to understand how our energy interacts with the energies that surround us, we are able to remove a lot of negativity from our lives.

Our inability to live in the here and now is often due to a lot of clutter, both physical and mental (ever tried to just sit and breathe for a few minutes without thinking about what you have to do today, unpleasant past experiences or your fears for the future?). All this ‘spring cleaning’ naturally allows a lot of space for us to consider our lives and what is necessary for us to live well, but it also enables us to observe the inner workings of our minds. When we turn our attention to the cleanliness of our thoughts we truly start to understand how much of our behavior isn’t actually under our control. It’s not so much dirty thoughts about the guy next door that are the problem, but our patterned responses to the world, as most of the time we are not interacting with the world itself but rather our preconceptions and limited understanding of that world. We see the world through the haze of our fears, inadequacies and personal prejudices. The greatest step towards happiness is giving yourself the space to see things clearly. Only then can you understand yourself and your place in the world.

Spirtual Alchemy ~ Understanding Guilt

black white face

If you judge yourself to be guilty over anything and you carry that guilt around with you, please know that’s a more serious mistake than whatever you did that makes you feel guilty. It’s a lot more serious mistake to feel guilty than to make a mistake. It’s also time for some serious personal work in the following areas:

Blame

Shame

Work on Blame and Shame and continue working on these two things until you can honestly say to yourself:

  1. I made a mistake (name it).

  2. I made, am making, or will make restitution to the best of my ability either to the wronged parties or other people (name them).

  3. I accept the fact I was guilty of making that mistake (name it).

  4. I forgive myself for making this mistake (name it).

  5. I forgive other people (name them) for the mistakes they made that harmed me (name them).

  6. I love myself in spite of making this mistake (name it).

  7. I know the Divine (use any name you choose) accepts me in spite of making this mistake (name it).

  8. I know the Divine (use any name you choose) forgives me for making this mistake (name it).

  9. I know the Divine (use any name you choose) loves me in spite of making this mistake (name it) and I love myself in spite of making this mistake.

When you’ve completed all these tasks to your satisfaction for now, take the time to decide if you’re willing to do the work required by Spiritual Alchemy to change your life, to change yourself into the person you want to become. We guarantee that if you do the work you will be happy beyond your wildest dreams with the results.
