FINDING THE FLOW …

The most common reason that people lose their magical “mojo” is that they don’t practice daily rituals. Daily rituals provide regular contact with spirit guides and the Universe, and a good working relationship with these beings does improve chances of getting assistance in magical acts. Also consistent practice of regular magical rituals helps boost your magical force — every successful daily ritual adds magical force until your magical bank account is overflowing; but failing to keep in touch with your magical practice can leave you magically bankrupt!
As Above So Below
How much do you move your body? Many of us spend a great part of the day sitting and not moving. By the esoteric law of “As Above, So Below” each part of our being affects the other parts. So when you find yourself mentally stuck, moving your body helps get your mind moving. By this law, when we change one part of our being, every other part has to change to match it. So as you move your body, your mind and spirit move to match it. Understanding how this law works can help you transform every area of your life.
Slow Movement
Now that you see how moving your body can help get your mind and spirit moving too, you can also use this principle to control your mind when it starts running away with you. That means times when you start obsessing about something that happened during the day or incessant worry or just mind chatter that interferes with your inner silence or trying to meditate. In these cases when you get up and move your body, move it slowly. Walk across the room taking slow deliberate steps or slowly do some Tai Chi or yoga moves. Whatever type of movement you do, do it consciously and slowly, feeling all the sensations of your body moving and your breathing. This slowing down of the body will help slow down your mind so you can have some inner silence to hear your guides, higher powers and beings and your own inner wisdom. Regularly practice with moving your body slowly will help your mind slow down and stay more focused and help you get better sleep at night. The next time you’re feeling nervous or anxious, give this a try and magically help slow down your racing feelings and thoughts.
Give these techniques a try and add them to your magical toolbox.

The ancient Egyptians understood harmonics and the wave form universe.Temples and chambers were built by the ancient brotherhoods, in order to amplify the lights, sounds and frequencies.
This was to manipulate the vibratory resonance within the temples.
DMT -:The PLANTS OF THE GODS or Teacher plants Opens your 3rd eye …
Let’s quickly look at the word GOD…
In the disclosure series it claimed, there is no God, and off course there isn’t.
We are talking about the GOD of dogma, the revengeful; blood thirsty and racist God that was created in the minds of men to control the docile masses.
•Let’s look at the word GOD spelled backwards, it spells Dog ,referring to the dog star, Sirius, in the constellation Canis Major. (The Greater Dog or the top dog)

There are many tips and tricks out there on how to best set and manage your goals and at times it can all seem a bit…overwhelming.
The most important tip anyone can ever give you on goal-setting is this:To just set a goal.
Before you set your goal, it is just a dream, an idea…something vague in the back of your mind. Once you state it clearly and write it down, your play is set in motion.
Setting your goal is the first step toward success and thus the most important one.
After that, the Universe will align and conspire to assist you. Doors will open, opportunities will arise and things will start to fall into place.
Before you know it momentum will be carrying you forward.
Of course, after you get started you can refine your goal, strategize how you will keep moving down the field and fine tune how you handle the challenges you’ll encounter along the way.
But you don’t need to know all these things to call the first play… just call it and get started.
As the old saying goes, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.”
Have A Magnificent Monday!

Reframing negative thoughts into positive thoughts, over time changes the way I think. My outward circumstances change too. As I experience more optimism, I attract greater prosperity and abundance into my life.

MGB | I recently had a night where I just couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t blame it on the baby, though I was tempted to. I was up. Grinding my jaw. Worrying. Sleep would come mercifully here and there, but it was never deep and truly restful. I know what this means, I thought to myself. It’s time for a spiritual detox.
Just like the body, the soul needs occasional, mindful cleansing. We’re barraged by media of all kinds, and it’s all too easy to consume spiritual junk food.
Are you aware of when you might need a spiritual detox? In other words, are you aware of when you’re feeding your spirit too much junk for the soul to feel good?
Just in case you aren’t following, here are some spiritual junk food items that you can become addicted to:
Of course, there’s nothing wrong with these “junk food” items in moderation, but it’s possible to go overboard. The result can be toxic to your soul.
Here are some signs you might need a spiritual detox:
Here are a few ways to engage in a spiritual detox. Remember, please do so with compassion. Above all else, be kind to yourself. We are all doing the best we can, and everyone wants to be happy and free from suffering.
1. Surround yourself with people who make you laugh and genuinely make you happy.
Laughter is good for your soul. Seek the company of those who make you feel light and buoyant. Don’t question why you enjoy someone. Just enjoy them.
2. Uplift others.
When you feel downtrodden, it can be helpful to find the things you enjoy about others and to offer that feedback liberally. It’s important to remember that the things we see in others are also reflections of ourselves. Find a way to connect with and uplift someone. Attend a yoga class, read a blog, take a spin class — reach out to your favorite wellness warrior and uplift them. You’ll feel better almost instantly.
3. Try shifting your addiction to kindness.
Kindness is a drug. When you extend, witness or receive an act of kindness, your body releases serotonin, an endorphin. As cliché as it may be, practice a random act of kindness. You’ll feel delicious in doing so.
4. Make time and space to develop a meditation practice.
Meditation soothes the soul. There are incredible sites and courses to lead you through meditations if you don’t already have a meditation practice. Turning inward is a beautiful way to clear away the muck of spiritual junk food. Listening to your internal wisdom is a quick path to shedding that which does not serve you.
5. Get in touch will all of your senses.
Go outside. Enjoy the summer weather. Move, sweat, breathe. This will bring you into a visceral experience of the magic of this life. And it is so worth it.
6. Seek something sacred.
Turn to joy. At our essence, our foundation, we are spiritual beings who share a human experience. Sometimes the heaviness of our human experience can weigh us down. It’s important to remember that you are more than this physical body. You are expansive consciousness incarnate. As such, you can find and experience joy even within difficult circumstances. You mindfully start training yourself to start looking for the gift in the moment. Like anything worth practicing, it can be difficult at first. Over time, it becomes simple and easy.
This is the time of the avalanche, the waterfall, the immensely heightened frequency that we have spoken of so often before. It will continue to increase, but you already are into rates of change that you are struggling to deal with. This is as it was forecast, and it is necessary. You will make it. Set your minds at ease in that regard. It is being closely monitored and gauged individually. If you are indeed in overwhelm, it is time to stop and breathe. And you may ask for our help. You know this.

MMmmm!!
Last night I was baking cookies with my friend and neighbor, Mary. We made some traditional chocolate chip cookies, but also some butterscotch chip cookies. Both were grubbin’! We split the batch. Tonight, only about two +/- of each were left. I couldn’t let them go to waste but knew the quality would degrade over time. So I did what any other rational person would have done- I made Krispie Treats out of them!
Cookie Chunk Krispie Treats
4 cookies of your choice, chopped
20 large marshmallows
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups Rice Krispies
Lightly butter a 8×8 or 9×9 pan. In a medium pot over low heat, combine butter and marshmallows, stirring occasionally until marshmallows and butter are melted together. Once melted, remove pot from heat, stir in Rice Krispies and chopped cookies. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press into pan with a lightly buttered spatula.
Let cool…

This weekend we may feel deeply ambiguous about humanity in general and people in particular. We can feel both content with our beautiful relationships and yet simultaneously cynically fed up with people’s inhumanity to people, torn between diving into life wholeheartedly and going on solitary retreat. Venus and Jupiter conjunct for many weeks in extroverted Leo call us out to the party, conference, or arts festival, while the Moon in Scorpio and Sun and Mars in Cancer can leave us introspective, potentially suspicious, and in desperate need of some time alone.
Because of this conflict we may feel unusually tender or vulnerable and be tempted to overdo or overreact; we may want to leave town rather than take a break, or bite back rather than set a calm boundary. We may find great last-minute excuses to not join the parade. Maybe we need to fix the motor, dig in our…

Missionaries taught quilting to the women of Hawaii who transformed it into a uniquely Hawaiian art form. The mild weather allowed far more time for details appliqué and quilting. Since one was not dependent on the quilt for warmth quilting was seen more as a leisurely activity that can be a good thing because it takes many months of hand stitching to complete.
Quilt motifs are drawn from forms of favorite plants. Hawaiian quilts typically have a central appliquéd motif and the stitch pattern often echo that design. The pattern of quilting is often likened to the imprint left by a patterned beater on Hawaiian kapa.

We present the chart for the Quintile Kite of May 27, 2015:
This Quintile Kite occurs during Virgo Moon v/c (void of course) along with a preceding Mercury/Mars conjunction (with Mercury Retrograde for overdue projects and issues) and Venus Trine Chiron perfecting later. Mercury conjunct Mars often leads some people to say and do things they regret later. But Mercury retrograde addresses overdue issues (“coming to a a head”) and Venus (in Cancer, home and family) trines Chiron (the Wounded Healer).
If you are up to doing it, today might be the day to “lance the boil” and clear the air of something no one wants to discuss. Be prepared for anger and tears and sorrow, and avoid physical violence (of course!). Do it as early in the day as possible, clear the air, and find time for the creative solutions (Quintile Kite) that can emerge…

Crazy good idea!
Okay, don’t lynch me yet! I know it sounds really, really, really wrong but it’s oh, oh so good. This is the brain child of a late night, snack night dinner coupled with a lot of leftovers from the prior night’s “pizza night” dinner. Here at CPM, we call it fusion. I’m pretty sure our mom called it “clean out the fridge night”. And, even though this “fusion” goodie sounds odd, you will be chuffing these babies down before the next batch is off the pan. I even had to share the genius with our neighbors, the MacLeods, who came bearing a drink called Dark and Stormy in exchange for these pizza rip-offs. I don’t know what was in the Dark and Stormy but it was super yummy too! Thanks much!

May 17, 2015 at 9:13 pm is a new Moon in Taurus. The new Moon and Sun are both in Taurus, a sensual Earth sign ruled by Venus, planet of love, art, and beauty. Taurean Moon and Sun are conjunct Mercury and Mars in early degrees of Gemini. This brings intellectual stimulation, new ideas, inspired creativity, and interesting conversations. But Sun, Moon, and Mars are opposite Saturn to pace yourself and be thorough. Plus Mercury and Mars square Neptune to think before acting on emotions.
MERCURY RETROGRADE
The ability for introspective thought and wise decision making is helped by Mercury retrograde from May 18 until June 11. Mercury is comfortable in rulership sign Gemini so you can cover much ground. Use these three weeks to get organized in preparation for the next new Moon on June 16 that begins Horse month, a time for action. Call…

I didn’t initially mean to make biscuits this small, I just happened to grab the wrong sized ring and decided to go with it. But now I absolutely love these tiny little biscuits! They are perfect to serve with butter and fresh jam at breakfast or as the perfect soup topping. Or, if you are looking for the mini version of some of your favorite dishes, how about mini breakfast slider sandwiches or mini biscuits and gravy. I even joked to Amelia that this would be the next supermodel fad – 100 calorie mini sandwiches.
Trish’s Mini Biscuits
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
10 tablespoons cold butter, cut into pieces
1 cup whole milk
1 beaten egg (for brushing on biscuit tops before baking)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

French toast has been a long time favorite of mine. Even on very sleepy mornings, mom could always get me out of bed with the promise of the fluffy, eggy, spiced toast. I don’t know what recipe she used (a post for another day perhaps) but here is mine.
French Toast
11 eggs
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Splash of vanilla
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
12-16 pieces of bread
Preheat griddle to medium heat. In a shallow baking dish whisk together all ingredients, except for whipping cream and bread, until well combined.
Whisk in whipping cream. Grease griddle with a little butter or cooking spray. Dredge slices of bread in egg mixture and place on griddle. Cook for around 2 minutes or until golden on the underside. Flip and cook for about another 2 minutes. Serve hot, topped with…
